The equipment is mainly used for welding the connecting pieces of power battery modules that are stacked and welded to the side plates through a six axis robot driving the vibrating lens. Equipment workflow: The double speed line will carry the module and send it to the positioning mechanism, which will then position the module. The positioning is completed by a six axis robot with a vibrating lens, CCD, altimeter, etc. for positioning, height measurement, and welding.
Equipped with automatic ranging, capturing welding trajectory, and autofocus functions, including automatic compensation for 5mm deviation of automatic intelligent cameras and automatic detection of ranging
There is no obvious scratch phenomenon after welding, and there is no obvious color after welding.
The welding parameters corresponding to the module barcode, such as welding time, power, speed, servo parameters, etc., are saved locally and uploaded to the MES system
